Geek Squad Did Great!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The service rep did an excellent job explaining that it was faster and less expensive to connect power for the Firestick to an open USB port on the side of the TV (versus dismounting and remounting the TV to access an outlet a hard to reach outlet). Very friendly and fair minded.

They know their trade well by showing and adjusting various positions and angles for comfortable viewing. Also explained the operation in easy steps. And cleaned up after the installation left the home in condition as it was when they came in.

Easy, peace of mind, professional install

Easy to talk to as well. Very professional and provided much peace of mind. Guided us against installing in wall cable management in our finished basement due to a fire block. Would never have known if we tried DIY. Great service.

Geek agent installed my TV quickly

Plus he took time to explain everything on the remote. And he took the old tv and the tv box with him. I'm so thankful I am a Geek Squad member.
