Our 75” tv was installed flawlessly with customer focused techs to boot!

Best Buy came mounted my new TV up in my living room absolutely no issues.

Chris and Justin were phenomenal at the job. Prompt. Courteous. Told us what they were doing the whole time and gave solutions to any issues that came up. They were a pleasure to deal with. Chris even followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was good.

This was our first experience with the Geek squad and we will certainly use them again. They were efficient and professional at every turn. The 2 young men did a great job teaching us old folks how to use it.

This is something that i would totally recommend. The guys that did the installation were so knowledgeable and helpful. They did an excellent job on the television and soundbar installation. Some of the best service i have ever received from Best Buy.

My Geek Squad tech, Tom, is the best! Even though the mounting options proved to be somewhat problematic, Tom is a "get-it-done" kinda guy. Geek Squad is the reason I signed onto BB's Total Protection Plan, which has more than paid for itself in the time I've been a subscriber.

Geek Squad repreesentative, Joseph Goldenberg, did an outstanding job. He showed up on time, listen to our mounting requirements, mounted TV promptly, explained how to operate it and removed old TV. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

The installers were very professional and knowledgeable about the install and the TV. They put it all together in good time without rushing, everything worked correctly.
