This is something that is simply needed and the Geek Squad was again awesome in their work. Thank you so much. However, I cannot acquire my sound bar receipt. Calling Best Buy on 800 # was almost silly in this request. I don't like saying that.

The TV does exactly as advertised. Only disappointment was no 4K programing from my cable provider. HD is still outstanding. Thankfully I had apple TV so that Im able to watch 4K content without having to upgrade my cable porviders equipment. The Geek squad was outstanding in getting everything hooked up for me.

The team BB sent was AWESOME. Guys did a great job and were very informative throughout the install. All my equipment was handled with care and worked perfectly after they completed the installs. Thanks Geek Squad for having awesome techs that know what they are doing. Will definitely use this service again.

Geek Sguad setup and connected quickly and efficiently!

I was not able to be home during the installation, but I had someone available to let them in. The display was mounted on the preexisting mount. I left2 new HDMI 2.1 cables to be used instead of the older ones on the old TV. They still used the old ones that were not 4K 120Hz compatible, so I had to switch them myself after they left. They also hung the TV in an uncentered manner, meaning it is 6 inches too far to the right. This means that I will have to fix it myself by taking the TV off and rehanging it. This effectively renders their services useless, and it is very frustrating. I can't believe they did not check the TV "center" as a basic checkpoint. While the delivery/installation was technically free, I still had to buy the Totaltech to get that and it was the same amount. It is very disappointing and underwhelming.

Overall everything went well but they could have done better in finding the stud on the first time.

The mount agent took great care of us and answered all of our questions. The process was fast. Also I appreciate they wear plastic bags for shoes upon entering my home.

Excellent communication - keeping me updated on their arrival. Once at my home, installation was smooth and very careful with regard to my walls and the new TV. Helped me acclimate to the new TV in a flash. Worth every penny for how smoothly everything went.

Although staffing issues caused only 1 technician to come to my house, we were able to remove the old, VERY HEAVY plasma tv and install the new UHD LED TV. Thank you Marcus for setting everything up including our new Sonos sound bar and the WiFi internet connection to the new tv. Everything works great and is very user friendly.

This was an overall wonderful experience. Agents arrived on time and used tremendous care in the mounting and installation of our new TV. They also cleared the area of debris once their process was complete.
