    The service was good and friendly! I am now worried because the wall around the fixture started to crack. Ill have to get it checked and fixed.

    Tv never was mounted was supposed to be mounted March 7th it’s now may 27th tv currently sitting on dresser waiting to be mounted.

    Theres big chunk of plaster that came off my wall when they installed cord cover. Someone needs to be responsible for this

    Paid $250 + $100 (over the fireplace) for this!!!

    Multiple holes drilled (12) but only 4 were used, then coved them up with the TV and left!

    They didn’t have to do much. Adjust what was already hung and this guy didn’t hide the cables like the last guy from geek squad

    Recently purchased tv wanted professionally mounted when he arrived didn’t have the plastic pieces need to mount tv properly mounted with tv offset not flush tv slanted

    Horrible set up. Wires everywhere. Did it completely wrong. Third party tech showed up and messed up everything. Could have done it better myself.

    The company they used to install my television actually installed my tv crooked on the wall. How can this be fixed now?

    David and Andreas were excellent technicians and installers. Neat and left the house clean. They explained what they were doing and made suggestions about switching to a sound bar instead of using our existing speaker system Andreas helped me with the remote control. I would highly recommend both men for being knowledgeable and helpful throughout the installation.

    Not good. They put it on the wall and that’s it. Did not hide wires. I could of done what they did. Waste of money

    I love the tv but they didn’t take the time to take care of the wire mess, not happy at all with that part.
