The agents arrived on time, installed my 65" TV and wall mount. They also connected the satellite box, DVD player, and a vintage CD player. After they hauled away my old "the" TV, they instructed me on how all the new equipment worked, they made sure the area was well cleaned. I highly recommend using the GEEK SQUAD.

They showed up earlier then expected and hung my tv perfectly and proceed led to make sure the surround sound and xbox were bothel synced up and working properly, very professional

I used Geek Squad to mount and install a 70" television on my wall. They were courteous, on time and took their time to make sure everything worked correctly. They weren't gone 5 minutes before I couldn't remember something they had told me. So I called one of the guy's cell and he talked me through it and stayed on the line to make sure it worked. Great service!

The tech was very good and very polite. He was very careful with his shoes and equipment. He was very considerate of me, my apt, and belongings. He knew exactly how to put everything together and did not mind questions. He made great suggestions of things that would work the best for my situation.

Karkan and the other nice guy were professional and pleasant. They centered the TV according to the bed which is standard and after seeing the intercom speakers off center and one partially covered by the TV, they didn't hesitate to dismount and start again. Thanks for the extra mile.

They did a great job . They cleans up after they were done and it didn’t take to long. They answered any questions I had and Wes very friendly. They was on time they so we didn’t have to wait around for them. They also carry some supplies on there van that I didn’t know I might need.

Delivery on 6/26 was unsuccessful due to limitations or restrictions through 3rd party company. Rescheduled for 7/10. One tech was sent to install an 82 inch TV. My fiance was home and helped with the installation. This is unacceptable due to the fact i paid for the company to install and mount the Tv professionally. I reached out to Best Buy customer support to see if I would be credited back at least half the cost of the installation and i was referred to the 3rd pary installation company who was unable to credit the charge since it was assessed through Best Buy. I requested to be transferred back to Best Buy and immediately asked for a Supervisor. The agent took in the details and then transferred me to the Geek Squad where I spoke with an agent who apologized for the issue, offered full credit for the installation and also offered a $100 gift card for the inconvenience. He informed me it would take some time before i would see the credit on my statement and to receive the gift card in the mail. I waited a little while and did not recieve either credit or gift card. I called and spoke with Gregory who informed me there were no notes and informed me I would not receive the installation credit but offered the $100 gift card. I would not accept the solution and asked to speak with a supervisor. He said he was working from home and would have someone call me back. Based on my previous interactions where i was told something would happen and it did not. I would not accept this. The agent told me that's all he could do and kept trying to end the call which made me upset. I asked to speak with a supervisor he said he took my info and that was all he could do. I asked him to please not hang up on me and he did anyway. I have been a Best Buy customer for years and i have never experienced such poor customer service. Im not sure i will ever shop there again. I would have put zero stars if available.

Your Geek squad team showed up as scheduled, notifying me when they were actually on their way. They performed the mechanical, electrical sound connections properly and set up my Harmony device to control most functions. They removed my previous SONY and boxed it up for me to give to grandson on his pending visit and put it into garage for me. Nice fellows. No stress for my and mine.
