    The team did a great job of mounting my TV's. They were on time and very courteous. They checked in with me a few times during the install to make sure I was happy with decisions they were making. Totally worth it...especially with TOTALTECH plan.

    The two agents mounted my TV Without any problems and did not make a miss. After the TV was mounted the the Geek squad employees cleanEd up after themselves then instructed me how to operate my new TV. Ask if I had any questions. I am very happy with the mount and install.Well worth the extra cost to have everything done for me.

    Quick, easy, on time, professional describes how the Geek Squad came in removed the faulty TV from the wall and replaced it with a new one. I’ve said this before and will say it again, this is exactly why everyone should purchase electronics from Best Buy. I know I will.

    The agents did a great job installing wall mounted television. They made sure I understood how to operate the remote controls and answered my questions in a professional manner. Appreciated that they wore masks and had on foot covers. Would not hesitate to recommend the two gentlemen to others. Keep up the good work.
