geek squade came and installed my tv on this brackit and it works fine

Very good product Sabor is! Family enjoys it will always come back to Best Buy to purchase more equipment in the future but customer service sucks need to be improved gait quality and service that need to be improved since someone has a better do not stick to the schedule times had to cancel two turns to get on my schedule to put up the TV and sound bar thank you

The Geek Squad, Alex, was great mounting the tv's on the wall. He was courteous, answer all my questions, took his time to make sure that the tv's were mounted the right way.

Michael Laymon was amazing, his personality is vibrant and his knowledge is unlimited. It was absolutely amazing to see how easy he made it all look when I know it would have taken me days to accomplish what he did in a couple of hours, not to mention all the frustration I saved myself. Spend the extra money and allow him to set up whatever it is you bought!

I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for years. I go there for all of my electronics and gadgets. Customer Service is always great which is another reason why I keep coming back. Being a Total Tech member offers great discounts as well!

The agent was very nice and also quick. We thought it was going to take a while but he got the mount on the wall and the tv up in no time. He talked us through what we would need for a sound system in the future. I plan to only use Best Buy for any installation. We have 2 other tv’s that I’m going to have them come and mount!

the gentlemen who did my install were friendly and knowledgeable but, they showed me so fast how to use the new remote, I was at a loss after they left. Also do no know how to use the roku purchased for the same reason. Also had to wait 3 weeks for them to deliver and install my new toy so am not 100% happy with that.

I have always wanted to have a big screen mounted in my area the basement the wife rules the rest of the house and it’s ok I got my mounted 85 in nothing else matter! Be happy my friends and get it done right..Salute!!!!
