So glad we had this done. TV is safe in the room where the boys rough house.

Received a text the service men would arrive at 2:05 pm. They showed up at 12:30pm. We were not ready for them and they came back at 1:30pm. The tv mount was put up ok but after they left the tv did not work properly. Apparently the wiring was hooked up wrong. I reconnected the wiring to get it to work properly. Not worth the $250 they charged. Best Buy is not what they used to be.

70" Vizio takes a dump after three years of service, backlighting started going out in November finally died beginning of Febuary. Bought a new LG 70" had geek squad install on a high mounting bracket they had originally installed when I purchased the Vizio from Best Buy. Quick work very professional. Thanks.

Best installation ever! I wish I hadn’t waited so long to do this . Putting my TV on the wall has given me so much more usable space in my home office. Courteous and cleaned up after themselves

Wow! The delivery service arrived on the dot. I’m impressed with how fast they were and they listened to my instructions. Got it right and even had a spare HDMI cable for me to ourchase because my cable was too short.

The tech was fast and accurate. We aslo would like to compliment Wesley who came to help us with our sound needs. He is from the West Valley. He is bright, able to communicate well, professional and very supportive!

Did excellent service. Actually came a day earlier than scheduled. They practiced Covid safety. We’re very professional and polite. Had my 75” tv wall mounted in less than an hour. Went thru setups and had everything going. Even gave me a quick rundown how to wall mount my Bose Soundbar. Would highly recommend.

1st TV delivered was installed but didn't power up. Geek squad tech uninstalled / returned the defective TV and quickly schedule a 2nd delivery & install 4 days later. All good now.

Tech did a great job. The only issue is that the poor guy had no idea what size tv he was mounting and two techs schools have been sent. Had my husband not been home it would not have been done. I know when the appt was scheduled I told them it was an 80” tv. Too big for one person to safely mount.
