Very glad that I purchased this service vs trying to install TV mounts myself!

The Geek Squad crew were professional and really know their stuff.

The technician was superb. Did an awesome job. Everything went perfect.

I had delivery plus installation for LG TV, scheduled for 7:30am to 11:30am. but unfortunately delvery guy didnt show up , I was waiting home all day. despite multiple calls I didnt get any assitance, I took off from work to stay home for this delivery. I was so excited for new TV, but Geek squad delivery team ruined it. Now they are saying me to reschedule it and wait for another two weeks as they dont have any appointments available. Dont use this service if you can pickup and setup this by yourself. Its so much painful. Amazon delivery is much better and always on time.

The lone agent sent to wall-mount my 65" TV did his best, but had to seek my help to lift the TV in place. This was not his fault. He worked with the mount to get the TV in just the right place. He then showed me the various options and made certain the TV was set up correctly.
