he could not connect all devices because we did not have the correct cable box from from our cable supplier

I appreciate the service that is provided but with regards to the techs, it depends on whom you get. They are willing to help but don’t necessarily set up the product so that you don’t have issues. I’ve had to call numerous times to have a phone representative tell me how to correct the problem and it’s still not fixed.
