Best buy install tv on wall...better place for this big tv.. GREAT JOB!!!

Thanks to a promotion, received free delivery, mounting ad set-up for a new tv. The two Ggek Squad members were very friendly and professional. They offered suggestions For optimal placement and viewing. They took great care to clean up any dust from drilling holes and cleaned everything up when they were done. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend their services.

Agents were on time and did a great job. The TV looks great.

I like my new 65" TV. The young men who set up and delivered my new tv did a great job. They were polite , explained every thing about my new TV. The geek squad are great people that is why i signed up for them to do all my work on my tv's and on my computer . It is well worth the money.

The delivery guys were courteous and handled the tv with care. The guy who mounted the tv did a fabulous job! This Samsung OLED model is the brightest and clearest tv I've ever purchased!

Mounted the TV connected the sound system and gave an excellent rundown on how it all works. Very courteous and professional but was disappointed Total Tech membership didn't cover any of the cost.

In store crew is great, but the sub-contractor they used for TV installation was not great. The communication between myself and their office goes beyond what one would expect from someone representing Best Buy. In the middle of my call with the operator she told me she had to go because her shift is up and someone else would call tomorrow. What kind of customer service is that?

The agents were superb in mounting the wall mount and installing the new tv, they explained how to work the new tv, and everything the new tv did for us. The only reason it’s not a 5 star review is because we had 2 previous no call/no shows from 3rd party installers….highly recommend geek squad for all installs….they really need to get rid of the 3rd party installers

Mount worked perfectly to hold up my television. I am very pleased with my purchase.

After arriving in my home the two guys took the time to mark my wall for the proper mounting height since my entertainment center that would be below the TV hadn't arrived. They worked efficiently, were friendly, explained all the details of my remote, and cleaned everything up before leaving. I would recommend, and would use again if needed.

The mount was installed where I indicated and TV attached.
