The Gerk Squad mounted my tv and the wall mount is perfect.

Brought as a present. Installation was on time and smooth and easy according to person who received gift.

They were good at what they did but was in a hurry to leave when we still had questions that were not answered, i guess since they had gotten paid they were ready to leave, not very professional. Would like to have someone more educated in dealing with the public next time.

I received excellent service from the crew that showed up. They were professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

David did an amazing job. They were in and out in about 1 hour and left ZERO mess. Very professional. Honestly I never write reviews if that’s shows the quality of work.

Three techs could not even figure out how to remove an old mount. Said it was screwed in behind the board it was attached to and I would need an electrician to remove an outlet cover because they were not allowed to touch electricity. The mount was indeed screwed into the wall from the front and I removed it myself. But this delayed my installation by almost a week. They also pulled the old TV forward and broke the HDMI cable which I had to replace and fish down the wall myself. They also said my current surge suppressor which had been plugged in before would not fit due to placement of the mount. I believed them, but after they left, I tried it and it indeed fit and I installed the mount myself. They cracked and chipped the stone they drilled into. And since the TV was a return and a purchase of a different model due to the first TV missing a power cord and remote, they did the sale as a replacement, which caused me not to have a receipt or any evidence on my account of the purchase. After going round and round with customer service and speaking to at least 15 agents and 2 store trips, they found my purchase but are still unable to print me a receipt for all items unless they did a return and a new sale. But is still missing the payment for the install. Also, this delayed and caused several hassles and a trip to the store to get a price match, which could not be done online due to the fact that it was done through GeekSquad and no receipt pin #. Never does Geek Squad come out and fix or install anything the first time. It always requires 2 or more visits. The techs were friendly and courteous and did eventually get the TV installed.

These guys are awesome! I am what "some" people might refer to as being overly picky. The Geek Squad hung my Sony 77" & 65" televisions and Sound Bar perfectly. They were extremely patient & while I was trying to determine the best height to hang it. I will continue to use Geek Squad for my future technology needs.

They called before the arrived, and they covered their shoes. Installation was completed nicely and we had a pretty good interaction.

They remain in contact with you through all stages of the purchase, arrival date/time, and follow through. A GREAT investment! Thank you to Best Buy for hiring great employees!!!

Geek Squad Guy did great but my HDMI cables were to short and he was out of them on truck install still not complete I think it would be great if a Geek Squad Guy was available in store for consultation when buying like products for recommending correct add ons
