The Geek Squad guy was great. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him again. In fact, he scheduled another Geek Squad visit to my other home on the spot.

The value of the install and maintenance plan can only be described and excellent. The Sony 85" TV, Soundbar and Speakers became a completed project in just a couple of hours, and the follow up service is great. Got to have it.

The agents installed the new OLED TV. Then they made sure that the stereo system which is controlled by the master remote was operating and also showed me how to use the DVD player. They were patient, which I appreciated.

Geek squad wall mounted my a80j tv and also connected my soundbar and subwoofer. Very courteous and polite and knew their stuff! Highly recommend becoming a total tech member for premium service and warranty peace of mind for expensive equipment! Great Job!

So two technicians came with the TV within the alotted time frame. They attached the mounting bracket to the wall, attachedand set up the TV, and reviewed all of the functions with me. And it was all included with Geek Squad.
