Overall the picture quality is good the installation and Melanie the gentleman did an excellent job the second guy who came out the first two came out did not seem to understand what they were doing. But I understand this from a third-party vendor overall I’m satisfied

I think the TV and mounting crew ALWAYS go above and beyond! They do so much more than you think they are going to do and actually seem like they care which is hard to find nowadays.

The installers got finger prints all over the new screen (and didn't clean them off), TV was left a little lopsided and cords not securely tucked up in the back. They also had little interest in showing me how to navigate the TV remote and the soundbar remote. Also, in the past, I haven't been left with the enormous boxes to deal with. Would I use them again? Probably out of convenience but not because it was outstanding.

the staff who came to install very professional, they left my room clean and there was no clutter, they took all the garbage, the installation very professional and fast the cables very orderly and left everything working and insured, very good.

I booked Geek Squad since the idea of installing on a brick surface seemed very daunting. The brick surface is a separate add-on service to the advanced package. Altogether it was a bit expensive but seemed worth it to have it professionally done. The two squad members very professional and helpful.

The two people who arrived to hang out TVs were professional but also very friendly. Had the TVs up in no time.

The first time the Geek Squad came for their install, 8 people showed up, each taking a TV and each taking over a room in the house where they provided their magic. That was a lot of people each working in unison and getting the job done.
