The agents were very efficient and knowledgeable in installing and setting up my new SONY TV. Being a Total Tech member, they also hauled away my broken, less than 2 year old 50" Samsung! Great service!

The Geek Squad showed up when promised and installed the system quickly. The TV was too large for me to attempt by myself. They were quick with the install and answered all of our questions. They cleaned up after themselves and the only evidence that they were even there was a professionally installed system. Thanks guys!

They were amazing from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend them. His name was Antwine Ross. That guy knows he stuff front to back. My wall and mount gave him a little challenge but he figured out and I’m know enjoying my lovely tv without those cords showing.

Geek squad installed all my devices without any problems

The agents were given the wrong stand when they picked it up from the store. We could accept that but when they tried to assemble it, they were missing parts. As a result we were unable to use the stand and we had to get another one from another source. We would like the stand cost deducted from the total amount of our order and our credit card credited in that amount. We no longer need the TV stand.
