Professional installation and couldn’t be happier with the results

Professional, quick, detailed, and through. I would recommend this service.

Small issue with initial tech making the speaker wires too long, and appeared one was touching another which kept forcing receiver to go into protect mode and turn off. Was quickly remedied when tech trouble shot the issue.

Installation seemed a little rushed, but Jeff was super helpful and left his card in case we had more questions. We were hit with a fee that was not told us upfront when we bought the TV, but we didn't want to install the TV ourselves.

Lee showed up on time and completed the installation in a professional manner. He took time to explain exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. Lee was carefully masked, considerate of the current pandemic guidelines, and respectful of our needs and environment.

The tv was delivered and set up in home and old tv hauled away.

Geek Squad did an excellent job. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I installed this tv in my basement and the guys had to drill through both drywall and concrete. They even took a trip to Home Depot to get the correct size mounting screws because standard ones wouldn't have been strong enough. The tv looks great up on the wall. Excellent job!

The agent did an excellent job. He was there on time, got down to work and had the tv mounted above the fireplace in less than thirty minutes. My wife and daughter were surprised to come into the family room and see me with the controller in my hand.

Yet again, the Geek Squad impresses. They mounted our 82" TV with absolutely no difficulty and didn't leave anything that needed to be cleaned after they left. They hooked up the TV to the internet and explained everything to us in everyday language. So definitely worth it.

The Geek Squad installed the TV on the wall and also connected the Sound Bar to the system. They also made it so that one controller can be used for the whole system. Would definitely recommend them for anyone's installation.
