Great holds a very large Sony television wall mounted

We live in an area that it is very hard to get anything delivered and installed. BestBuy is a godsend for us. The installers were GREAT! They connected and setup everything and even showed us how to use the different services on the TV.

The service techs were great. The company called and text many times (probably too many) the day before. The service was very courteous, they worked quickly but not rushed. They put protective sheet down on the floor and cleaned up after installing a wall mount/tv.

The Geek Squad mounted the 55" TV on the mount and attached my cables. They did a great job and removed TV box and trash. Excellent job.

The agent installed my TV to the wall and made sure all apps were working as they should.

The first installers were an outsourced company who incorrectly mounted the TV and jammed the wires behind the set (and fell down two days later. After contacting Best Buy they arranged for the Geek Squad to fix it. They should up on time. Talked us through the fix, rehung the TV, connected the sound bar and zip tied the wires. They were great. Would be 5 stars if we had not had to have dealt with the first poor installation.

Easy to mount, nothing fancy, gets the job done. Basic options - move TV left or right, or tilt up and down.

The two guys who came to install the new TV were punctual, very polite and very capable. They made all the necessary changes to our remotes and were very impressive.

The delivery was without incident, the TV and Blu-ray player were delivered and installed, and setup as promised. The existing TV was moved to another room and setup. Very satisfied.

Can’t imagine a better picture. Wish it came with a more extensive quick menu.

Super Job by the Geek Squad team that delivered our 85” Samsung Q70 and mounted id were excellent!! They also installed behind the wall power bridge and sound bar for our system, the team was great!! courteous and professional and cleaned up after the job was done. Super Job!!!

The geek squad did an excellent job. They mounted my TV and surround sound system very quickly without anything to clean ip afterwards. They were very efficient!

Instillation was great. Two people arrived to install my 65" TV. Very fast and professional. I could have hung the TV but if I did it it might have fallen off the wall. The installers knew what they were doing and had all the necessary hardware for the project. They also removed my old MONSTER 60" TV...very happy with the service would highly recommend.

The agent who mounted my tv was great! He was knowledgeable about my TV and how it mounts. It’s an LG G1 so it comes with a special mount.
