    Every thing went perfectly. The installer was able deficient and asked the questions to make sure we ha d the tv mounted in the exact right place

    Brittany was awesome from Lafayette! I really am on the fence still with this purchase and the whole process since I did make it. Brittany at least kept her word and mounted the TV while offering numerous options and communicating very well

    Tv is great, installation amazing, technicians really good but my remote control is not working and I went to the store and they told me to buy a general one (works for samsung) and call Samsung to ask for a new one. What? I paid additional for the Best Buy service package
