The tech that installed our YV on a wall mount was awesome!! Very knowledgeable and considerate. He worked non-stop on the task at hand. Answered all of our questions, demonstrated how to operate the TV, and hooked our cable box and our dvd. Just wonderful service!!

Best Buy has the best customer service. If you’re not satisfied with their insulation they’ll fix it they listen to all your critiques and they’re very kind.

They were amazing, and on time. Put the TV mount where it needed to be and set the TV up for us to use right away and explained how to use, and even helped us not have to use the cable box since the expensive TV came with it's own wireless cable. Very happy and would highly recommend, my husband and I did not argue once:)
