Beautiful picture quality. Great price tag. The sound is not the best. We bought a sound bar with all of the money we saved and now have a home theater.

picture that shadowed as there was movement. Sometimes the pic would look better but overall not good. I have purchased other insignia branded things that were much better

My 85yr old mom had her house ran-sacked and lost her primary entertainment. Went out to get her back to something to watch same day. Nice TV for her and decent price point

The tv is big and has decent sound just play with the settings to get the right picture

The TV is huge! It's for my mother-in-law, and she loves it. We bought the extended warranty so I don't have to be tech support for her (I hope).

not impressed. ended up returning tv and upgrading to a different brand. the black levels were very blurry. if it was a night scene, almost impossible to see picture

Didn't want to spend tons of money on a new TV. This 55 inch is a great buy for the price. The picture is 1080p which is fine. it works great and I would buy it again.

Picture is great but the sound is cheap. I had to buy sound bar just to be able to watch it. I would have been better of to buy a better TV with better sound quality.

This unit replaced my plasma and it's very good, would choose again. Colors are great, sound is acceptable, overall seems outstanding choice

Every Insignia TV I buy has now found to have max failures within days of warranty wearing off.

I know nothing about new technology so, depending on reviews from many sources, being an engineer by trade this product fit my needs.

I get more compliments about this tv than any other I have ever owned. No buyers remorse. Thinking of buying a second for bedroom.

Great Budget 55" TV Works as advertised if you need a decent low cost large display this will do the trick. Plenty of connection on the back of the Unit.

Mostly it is an ok tv for the price and size. However, there are a few issues that I have already noticed and it has barely been a month since I bought this. 1. The legs for the tv are too weak to hold the tv without extra support or hanging on the wall. 2. From time to time it will get a screen for about 45 seconds of nothing but pixels then it goes back to normal. 3. The legs when they are working do not hold the tv straight they either bend too much forward or too much backward, very weird. I chose this brand because I have had good experiences with it, my previous one was an insignia and my parents at their house have a huge insignia and they work amazing. However, if they fixed these issues this tv would be great.

This product is a great value for the price, really can't complain too much, the sound might be imperfect for voices but it is ok, can add a soundbar.

Good clear picture. The sound isn't great but we were told the thin screen makes most of these tv's a bit off with the sound. We're ok with it though.

Tv was a gift for my grandfather. Wanted basic but with HD quality. Was an easy setup for him and he enjoys it very much!

I can get all my Netflix programs, all the rook stations I watch without needing any extra devices attached. Great buy.

Needed a smart tv for the basement. We did not want to spend much since it would not be used much. This TV fit the need. Working as described.

TV works perfect, I don't have any complaints about this model, love having a 55" and the picture is good as expected!!
