    My son put this tv up for me and I was so upset! I bought a 55' and it didn't go to the full screen! It is going back to the store. I was crushed! Now I have to have my son take it back to the store and I have to exchange it. What a hassle!

We understand the frustration of not having a full screen when purchasing a 50" HDTV; this is why we have equipped the TV with an "Aspect Ratio" function located under the "Advanced Picture" Settings inside the menu, to adjust the picture size. However, picture size may vary depending om what video source is connected to the set and which cables are used.     Don't buy, this is the second Insignia TV I have purchased that the screen either froze or went black, never purchase these items, EVER! This 55" is fine, but my two other Insignia are horrific.

    This TV is average for the price you pay. It works fine, but doesn't have the amazing picture that top end tv's have. It also breaks up alittle and the sound is inconsistent. All of these things are minor. It's a tv and it works.

    I bought my tv about 3 weeks ago and came home from work the other day to half of my screen having lines going through it like the pixels have already went out. Never had such poor quality!!! Very disappointed!!!

    This tv is a great bang for your buck. But sometimes the level the volume needs to be at for me hear it alters based on what I'm watching. Only buy if you have a sound bar or surround sound

    Returned it after A month. Picture was terrible. You don’t notice it because it is playing a cartoon on display. Once you are watching a regular show it is just garbage.

    Bought the tv to replace and old samsung tv and the day after I purchased it (not fully 24 hours) it developed lines. I Love insignia products but this one didn't cut it for me.

    I bought this tablet and worked with it one day and went back to it the next day and it wouldn't work. So I returned it and won't buy it ever again
