I bought this for my parents for Christmas. When we opened the box to hang it we couldn't turn it on with the remote. After calling customer service we had to pack it back up and go pick up another one. Thankfully they had another one in stock. Once we got that one home and hung, all was perfect. They love the TV.

I'm not into these smart tv cause I have the fire box I just needed something basic and this was a good choice for the price. The workers even plugged it up for me cause I wanted to make sure it works. It was quick and easy to set up with out reading any instructions.

I love this TV. I upgraded from a 42inch to this 55inch. Now I'm ready to go bigger! It's inexpensive, but not cheap. The picture and sound quality are perfect for me. It's big, but not overwhelming and suits my needs. I recommend the tv to anyone considering 55+

This TV has a very good picture and good sound for built in speakers. However when pulling it out of the box the bag the instructions tell you to use ripped. Luckily we were still able to get it out safe however had it been further out of the box when the handle broke it would have definitely damaged the TV.

We found this Insignia 55 television on a pre black Friday sale. It has a very nice crisp picture. We work a lot so we don't need the 4k. Its a great basic television plus a little extra. Its not bottom of the line but not top of the line. A great middle of the line set.

Bought it for $329.99 before tax then one week later I saw a Best Buy add for the same TV at $299.99. I went back and they gave me the $30 back with out any problems. The TV is awesome great picture and sound for video games, movies or TV. Good service, good deal!

I upgraded my vizio tv that was about 8 years old and since I already had the 32 inch insignia for another room and loved it! I knew what I was going for, didn't have to think twice. The best tv I ever owned, bright clear picture, great sound and perfect price!

It does what a TV should. I get a clean picture. I was told before I bought it that some others reviewed this saying the sound was bad. I don't have any problem with the sound. I don't have any reason right now to give this product anything less than 5 stars.

Our "old" tv just said I aint working anymore, went to Best Buy in Carson City, Just to by a TV, But Had to get a sound bar, console and hook up materials. But Man what a difference, Great TV, Great Sound Bar and Good Looking Console, Could not be happier.

Went to buy another brand and salesmen suggested this for the money a better product on manufactures side. Just wanted bigger screen for living room with nothing fancy. Set up quick and easy. The sound could be better, have enough room between tv and wall, but the wall receives most the sound.

I always wait for deals when making large purchases. In the middle of a house project I got an email with the sale price. Called to confirm and stopped what I was doing and ordered a new TV. Amazing what the costs have come down to on nice quality TV's.

We got this TV a couple weeks ago and it has been great. We are happy with the available connections for devices and set up was a breeze. The picture is bright and clarity is excellent. We recommend the purchase if you are on a budget. No issues to date.

This television is worth what i paid for it. The only thing that could be better is the volume. I have heard that all flat screens on the lower price scale face this issue. However for the amount I paid " I knew i was NOT spending a thousand dollars on a television" it is worth the money.

My only complaint is that I feel there is a noticeable difference between the new insignia @ 60hz and my 6 yr old Samsung @ 60hz. Way too much motion blur. But, great picture and great speakers. Often flat screen TV speakers suck. These are decent as I have a 35 x 35 cathedral room to pop.

Insignia TVs offer an intelligent mix of features at a great price. This TV is no exception. The picture quality and sound are both really good. Not a lot of bells and whistles but then again the reason I bought this TV was to be a TV, not a device to displaying streaming video content.

This TV was purchased to read blueprints from. VERY crisp picture. No problems delineating characters. Also came in handy for March Madness in the office as it has a great picture for TV also!!

We wanted a larger tv for our living area without breaking th bank. This one was perfect. Had it for six months now still works great. Good sound and good picture. No problems at all for us while watching cable tv, Netflix and playing video games.

I was really surprised at the picture. My wife and I had to take a double take on the sharp quality HD picture. I also have two 32 inch Insignia flat screens with awesome pictures. If they hold up through the test of time, it will be money well spent.

I love my new tv. It has great color and does what it is supposed to do. Why pay all that money for a Smart TV when all you have to do as add a Amazon Fire Stick or Roku to it? Your tv automatically turns smart. I think this product is a great buy.

For those who are not too picky about tech stuff, this T.V. is just great. Picture is HD and great overall. I have no issues with sound; the sound is good for a room, but I would recommend obtaining a sound bar to enhance sound quality and intensity.
