Only two issues I have with this product are: #1: I cannot find the latest Firmware Update since Insignia discontinued it. The links for the firmware are no longer available on their website. I've looked everywhere and am frustrated. #2: I have a blueish haze/backlight or tint to the screen now and don't know what to do. Can anyone help with these 2 issues? Other than that, I love this product. I've had it almost on 24/7 for 4years. I've turned it off maybe 4 to 5 times since I bought it and it's still working great.

So far my insignia tv is working great, the picture quality is fine after a little tuning and matched with my insignia sound bar it's like my living room is a theater now!!

Had this tv a few months now since we got struck by lightning. Can't say anything negative about it so far. Good picture (not a+ quality but plenty good for me) and good sound. Great bang for the buck.

Picture quality is great for 1080p and for the price. Only thing that is annoying is that the remote is very basic and it does not have smart features. But chromecast or appleTV will solve those issues.

This is the second Insignia TV we have purchased a good bright clear picture for patio on 1st one led us to purchase second for office - less energy efficiency than others but still excellent value.

I wanted a large enough television to enjoy watching sports on. This tv looks even better in person. I enjoy inviting friends over to sit and watch sports on this big tv.

No problems so far and works great. Once we figured out how to adjust the image quality it's shown to be a good value. Great for TV, movies, or especially for video games.

Granted, I'm not picky when it comes to picture quality, but I'm loving this tv - crisp, clean picture, and a sleek & slim look. No problems or issues. Quality purchase.

good price for a 55 inches TV. sound is ok and picture quality is pretty good. this is my third one in my house . I like the idea to use one remote to control all my TV's .

I got this TV as a 2nd choice, and so far so good. The picture quality is great and it has more than 1 USB port. It doesn't come with any smart features but it really has decent sound and picture.

upgraded from a 50 to 55 class insignia. Had it for a few months and no complaints. Had to 50 for a few years and really liked it and it has been moved to another room.

I purchased this TV about a year ago. Picture quality and clarity has remained just as crisp and sharp as it was day one. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

Our old plasma TV died, needed a new one. Purchased a new $1800 Samsung SUHD and was sickened by the motion blur feature, disappointed by poor color range, and annoyed by the 1Connect device. Returned that and got this $330 TV (cheapest one in the store) instead. It has no distracting motion compensation, excellent colors (especially PS4) and old school connectors that make sense. This TV gets the job done better than one 5 times the price, don't waste time and money with anything else.

Best Buy delivered and setup this tv that we purchased for our 92 yo mother for Mother's Day. She loves it and the quality especially in the HD channels look amazing.

I bought this for my assistant who already owned an external Roku. She's absolutely thrilled with it. It was easy for her to install and operate. Got a great sale price!

Only complaint is I wish it were a smart tv. Otherwise awesome picture! You will want to purchase a sound bar with this. Picture quality is excellent for the price.

We couldn't believe we could buy a 55 inch TV for so little and have such a great picture. Best Buy we have made in a long time. Thank you Best Buy! No pun intended.

Picture quality is great, speakers sound amazing so far it has met and passed my expectations inwould definitely recommend to a friend and purchase again if necessary

Picture is sharp and sound is good. I did not buy a soundbar but still can hear the tv in the next room. Had it installed by the geek squad. excellent and professional
