I bought this tv on Black Friday for $300. Talk about a steal, the original price was almost $600.. now with that being said, I would buy this tv again for $300, most definitely not a dollar more. Here's why, Pros: super light weight fit its size (55") very sleek looking, sound and picture quality are great comparing to other not so nice tvs. Cons: the picture quality advertised is not quite what it actually is. You definitely have to tweek it around a bit. Same goes for the audio. For $300 this is a great buy, any more than that, get yourself a nicer tv.

This television is so easy to set up and the ease of use is great. You get so much bang for the buck. Very economically priced

So far, so good. We've only had the tv for about a month and don't use it all the time. It was pretty easy to set up also.

Great picture, no lag or shadows. Only complaint would be the small remote I suppose, but even that is still designed well.

The quality of this television is good. We can't complain about the picture nor the price. I would buy another one anytime.

So much bigger, A good picture plus easy installation equals happy watchers. Takes one remote to turn on and up with another to change the channels.

Began looking for this TV after using one at a hotel stay recently. I am not disappointed in quality or price of this product.

This t.v. has a good picture and good sound. Downside: it takes a while (5-10 seconds) to turn on and sometimes I'm not sure if it turned on or not.

Returned a more expensive TV that I couldn't figure out how to set up. This TV was easy to set up and has a great picture.

Great TVs for the person looking for a great picture at a great price. This is my fourth Insignia TV and it wont be the last.

I was pretty impressed with the reviews I had read prior to purchasing this TV, but was still wary of the off-brand quality for the price. After hooking this up and tweaking the picture settings a bit, this TV has a very clear picture and doesn't seem to have motion lag as some cheaper TV's would. Gaming and movies are all very clear at 1080p. The TV is plenty bright and vibrant and has very comparable picture quality to TV's $100-$200 more in price. You are paying for the name brand really. I also purchased the Whalen Furniture - 3-in-1 Console for Most Flat-Panel TVs Up to 65" - Brown Cherry which I also highly recommend in combination with this TV if you need a TV stand. Mounting the TV was straightforward and works great with this stand.

Everyone in the household are enjoying the widescreen picture. The added bass gives a great crispy sound without distortion

I was looking for a tv that was not to expensive, this was the best purchase i made,great volume and over all excellent tv

Picture is good and sound is good. bought 4 years ago and I have had no problems at all!

Great picture quality nicely designed it's a very simple tv.. if you want to simple TV this is it best Tv for your money

I have nothing bad to say about this tv, 1080 quality is awesome and the option to make allow the tv to control other volumes is a great aspect.

Wonderful picture in great detail. Didn't need the "smart TV" features on the higher priced tv's. Great TV for the price.

It shows great picture and I really love it. I just wished the remote was bigger and maybe I would not keep misplacing it

We are loving our new TV. We had not heard much about the Insignia brand prior to the purchase, but we have no complaints!
