Tv is ok

I've contacted the store but they are no help. I contacted Insignia and they said in order for them to look at it there has to be 3 pixels out. I've never had a pixel out on any of my tvs and don't expect one to go out after paying 400$ and I haven't had the tv but 21 days. Will never purchase insignia brand again.
