Good TV...Great Price

I use an antenna for local TV and stream the rest. Not sure if it is the tuner or just bad reception but I do get some freeze up on certain channels and have to run the channel scan over to correct the issue. I still have my 2011, 32 inch and my 2014 39 inch, neither one has had an issue.

If it lasts only two years it is still cheaper than the warranty. It is going on two years now and still performs flawlessly. See, you don't have to pay that much for stuff you want and learn to live without a brand name status!

Tv is good replacement

We knew nothing about smart tv's/Got home only to discover it was not. Called the store nothing they could do to correct the issue. The TV is great! Color quality and etc just was disappointed with the sales person

My only suggestion is have the guys at the exit door open the box and look for shipping damage no matter what size screen you buy. My store does this automatically for the 50" and 55" screens. I had them check the 40" also because the box looked a little crinkled and sure enough both were damaged. This has nothing to do with the product but everything to do with the shipping company that delivered them to the store. Overall a good product.
