We already had one similar to this one, an older model, and were having a problem with no picture, so I panicked, and found this one, a similar unit on sale, so I made the purchase, turns out it was a problem with the service provider, and they came and changed the way the cable was attached to our house, it had gotten turned over, and I guess fiber optics are not good at being anchored wrong, evidently the wind had flipped it over, anyway, we're still using the older one, and we also have a replacement, or one to use in another room. Lots of Insignia products in this house.

Had recently purchased the 60 inch model and decided to upgrade another tv with Insignia. Great picture in 1080p with movie theater DTS sound system built in.

Compared to my Samsung it's not quit as clear but the picture is really good and is great in our recreation room downstairs. Used with the xbox and the kids say games look good on it.

I didn't need network connectivity or 4K for this television. The HD picture is as sharp as any, it has video in, and 4 HDMI ports. Can't beat the price.

this TV is great- at first, the picture wasn't clear- but after making adjustments (which took a while) it was AWESOME! Worth taking the time to adjust. Don't just plug and watch.

The size and price are just right for this tv. Picture is great. Have sound bar and sub woofer so can't comment honestly on sound quality of tv itself.

This is a very good TV for the money. I very satisfied with this purchase. I did have to buy a separate Roku device to give it Smart TV functionality.

After buying this TV I have to say great value, and a great TV. Got all the bells And whistles for for a great price. You don't need to go with a big-name just do your research.

This TV is Perfict for our family room. Can easily see the picture or ball game scores from anywhere in the room. No need to spend more for a 1080 TV.

Great tv overall for the price, good picture and color. Only downfall is pixels are visible during movement in picture but you don't notice it if you aren't looking for it.

We do not have satellite, use an antenna and live in the country. Picture is good and we were just upgrading from a old box TV. We are pleased with it. Works great for us.

Great TV has a picture just as good as any name brand and no smart features that you would already have on a blue ray player or game console.

I have been happy with all the Insignia products I have purchased, so I felt comfortable purchasing this TV. The TV HAD a great picture for the price. However, less than three years in, the picture has more and more of a blue hue to it each time we turn it on and it cannot be corrected through the picture settings. During some shows, it's not so bad. But turn on football and it's nearly impossible to watch. It's really too bad and will definitely make me think twice before purchasing Insignia items again.

Although it is not a smart TV, it is still an awesome buy especially for the size. I love it.

This tv is awesome for the price I paid. There are many options out there and if you're not wanting to spend a fortune this is the way to go for a large tv option.

This tv is a good buy for its price, only thing I don't like about it is the sound, could use a sound bar. But other then that it's a great tv for a cheap price.
