Received a great deal of information from a gentleman who worked in the warehouse. He was very knowledgeable and I didn't even realize he wasn't a salesman until I decided to purchase. Employees were all very helpful.

Screws too short!

Therefore, I have been unable to watch the tv. I have to find screws long enough to use it. The picture was very clear when i turned it on.

What I learned when purchasing this Insignia brand is the left over parts from other great brands are used and assembled by Best Buy, so it's still durable and good!
