Overall this is a good TV for 55 inch I've had it for a couple of weeks have had no issues I would recommend this TV to somebody that would want to purchase one

I’ve had this TV for about a month and half. As of right now I haven’t had any major issues. The tv has mysteriously went to a blank (black screen) but this could possibly because of my WiFi.

the tech was not too personable.. just wanted to get tv in and go..tv is good though.

New TV is great! Installed by a Geek Squad tech that was very professional and too time to explain the new technology. Very courteous as well. Sales person was very knowledgeable explained all that we needed to purchase to hang the new TV.

Bought this while on sale and got a great price. TVs have come down in price and image quality has improved. Consumer win.

Enjoy it alot the only downfall is when it loses WIFI it does not want to work for a while and it seems to lose WIFI at least once a day 3 feet from the box.

Vizio is a decent brand especially for a kid who uses it and dont pay attention to specs and all that good stuff Lol works as advertised. My 7 year old loves it

All in all this tv had not given me any problems I played with the picture settings to adjust to my liking wether I’m gaming or streaming shows on apps would recommend

It’s decent. Might want to save a couple extra dollars and get a better tv. Good for its value

TV is sluggish overall to say the least and will often freeze. TV frequently has to be turned on and off to “refresh” and fix problems. Sometimes you have to unplug the TV and plug it back in just to get it to turn back on. Vizio will only allow you to have certain apps, and some apps are not on it. Picture quality is OK. Overall disappointment for the price.

This TV was less than half the price of a Sony with the same features, but now I wish I had purchased the Sony. I’ve had a lot of strange issues with this TV where I’ve had to restart it, or at times power it completely off and back on to resolve them. The menus aren’t very well laid out and there’s no way to add/remove any of the apps.

Pretty good t.v. my only complaints are the streaming could be better. I also wish I could download apps and wish it had a browser.

For the money this is a great tv.. I use it more as a monitor for an Alienware PC the black is not all that but i am not bothered by that..very happy

Bought this TV for my husband for Christmas! He was so surprised! He loves that it’s a smart TV. It was delivered when I asked, the delivery men were very polite and put it in my garage.

Great price for my Vizio 55 inch TV. Good color nice picture. Work's well for our needs.

It work great only had a remote problem where it not stable... besides that ..everything is great

Great job! I got the tv that I ordered quickly and easily. The attendant brought it out curbside and helped me put it in the car. A big purchase all completed in 5 minutes.

Overall it has been really cool! I enjoy it! It has had few hiccups, such as, needing rebooting, but it has been a big issue.

we really appreciated how, during this time; your sales people were up to date and on the ball about what we needed and were able to bring it out and load it in my truck.

I am very pleased with this purchase. The size and cost was a winner for me. I searched around and the brand and size was 120$ less than other stores. Awesome deal!!
