    I should have returned this tv when I noticed the shut off the week I purchased it. I been experiencing random shut offs here and there. No warranty, but it shouldn't be doing this. I'm not happy about this, my first Vizio in my new place. I'm worried that this tv may not last...

If you could go to support.VIZIO.com and click on 'Contact Us' one of our support agents would be happy to go through our warranty process with you.     The problem with on line orders and not speaking to a representative is huge. This TV does not have the capability to download apps. This is a big problem, because I don’t have the best WiFi with the firestick
