Disappointment at a good price

I would’ve been stuff with a poor quality purchase. When first bought tv picture was pretty good. After 16-17th day the smart tv started freezing. It would shut of for 30min for no reason. Followed troubleshooting instructions no results. Will never purchase this brand again. Back to Sony and LG products

Was told online to return to store for repairs. Took it to store no take home and call geeksquad. Called geeksquad no again! Call Vizio! I'm so mad right now! A TV should not be broken after a year and a half! Now I have no TV and will have to go spend more money to replace. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Picture quality wasn’t good as the reviews mentioned. After a week the picture quality got worse then the TV itself would not turn on. Exchanged it, and encountered the same problem with the new TV. I returned it and got a hisense instead. No problems so far.

Worst tv

The first problem is the sound stopped working and then a line appeared across the bottom of the screen. It took them almost 4 weeks to deliver her a new one.

What is happening?

Also, make sure you buy a sound bar or be prepared to have the volume turned all the way up. I am very disappointed.

If you purchased it from a 3rd party re seller, it's possible that something happened to remove the stand legs that was outside of our control.
