Excellent, simple protective filter for my 35mm!!!

It gives me more confidence when using and transporting my camera knowing my lense is protected.

I bought this filter on the close out rack for 2 bucks. I don't know why best buy is going to another brand. I've always thought this was just fine and at a better price than most brands. I may have to shop for a better price than the new $9.95 their new brand costs. Hurry to BB and buy some up at the discounted price.

I needed a new lens filter/cover. This fit the bill, so I bought it. No complaints.

I cannot give an accurate review of the lens itself because I couldn't use it. I purchased this an Arlington, VA store while visiting D.C. Unfortunately, the sales associate gave me the wrong UV lens to go with the camera I purchased at the same time (didn't discover this until later that night at the hotel while opening up and trying out my new camera "goodies"). Being that I was only in D.C. for a day, I did not have the time to re-visit this store on this trip and attempted to exchange the lens for the correct size lens at my local Best Buy once I returned home. However, I was not allowed to make the exchange because the packaging had already been opened and I couldn't just drag the sales associate up to the front to prove that he gave me the wrong lens since he was several hundred miles away in another location. Not very good customer service. I would like to be able to give a 5 star rating for the lens, but since it won't fit my dslr, I can only rate the shopping experience.

An employee gave it to me for my camera but it ended up not working for my camera. Had to return it.

The filter has no imperfections. Just don't tighten the filter on the lens. It is a bear to get off.

When I bought the lens at BB, I asked the salesperson for a lens cover for the lens and I was given one. I left. It was the wrong filter. It was a gift so several months past and I went back. Couldn't return it anymore even though it was new with a receipt. Salesperson said this is the right size filter. It was not. 2 bad filters.
