this lense did not fit the camera and because I opened it, they refused to exchange it for the appropriate size

Pretty basic filter for camera. It was suggested by the sales person.

I got this with my bundle and it's not the correct one for my camera.

The filter pulled apart the first time I unscrewed it from the lens.

This functioned as intended for a month and ultimately ended up cracking when we placed the lens cap on it while on our honeymoon. I don't see a difference between the before and after shots, which could be my untrained eye, however I would not purchase this again as a result.

Lens cover will not sit completely not a deep enough rim.

Careful to check that this item will fit your camera.

I have not used filters before but I was told that using one would potentially save your camera so I decided to buy a bunch of these for my lens'. I was walking around and my camera swung around my shoulder and the lens tapped on a corner of a desk and bam, the filter took the hit and save my expensive lens. I am glad I purchased 5 of these for all my lens' and would recommend the $10 investment to anyone who asked. Does not affect the pictures at all, just protects from UV and desks!!!

I purchased this to protect the lens on my Canon DSLR. When I tried to attach the screw in lens hood, The hood would not screw in tight to the filter.Something strange about the threads on the filter.

I got this more for lens protection than to reduce glare. It does reduce glare, but I'm sure there are better (and more expensive) filters for that purpose. It does what I intended it to do by keeping my lenses scratch free.

This is an inexpensive way to protect your lens from dirt and sand. We also dropped a lens recently and this filter protected our lens from scratches.

This is a reasonably priced filter that fits well and has not had any issues.

I had one of these on there a couple years ago and lens accidentally hit something in my bag. It broke the UV filter and not the lens. I don't notice any distortion in the quality of the images. A must have in my opinion.

I am very pleased with this clear filter as it protects my lens from dust, fingerprints and grime. If it gets scratched, it is easily replaced at minimum cost compared to the lens. Great product!

Haven't done comparison shots with and without this on my camera as I love just having the extra layer of protection on my lens, so I rarely take it off. I did get some moisture/fog-up between it and the lens once, but seems to be a good seal usually.
