I purchased this scooter as a gift for my teenager, expecting a straightforward assembly process. Unfortunately, the setup was a total nightmare due to poor manufacturing. The instructions are extremely vague regarding the handlebar installation, but the real issue is the hardware quality. When trying to connect the handlebar cable to the stem, I discovered that the internal pins were already bent and misaligned inside the connector. No matter how careful I was, the plug simply would not seat properly because the parts were so cheaply made. This isn’t just a case of "tricky assembly"—it is a clear lack of quality control. It’s incredibly frustrating to unbox a brand-new product only to find it’s defective before the first ride. Now I have the hassle of disassembling it and hauling it back for a return. If you're looking for a reliable gift, stay away from 5th wheel. The build quality is simply not there, and it’s not worth the headache.

This product became defective shortly after purchase. I went to the Best Buy store, but the manager said nothing could be done and told me to contact the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer multiple times and received no real solution — only apologies and vague responses about a possible controller issue. No repair, no replacement, no support. I followed every step correctly and still ended up with a defective product and no help. I was forced to open a dispute with Afterpay. Very disappointing experience. I expected much better support from Best Buy. I do not recommend this product.

The charge does not last but its cool for the price

This product was horrible as soon as we received it, we put it all together, which wasn’t too difficult. But upon charging it multiple times and multiple days, the scooter would not turn on no matter what we did. We looked up videos and every way we could to figure it out, but found nothing. Will definitely not be purchasing this product ever again. We will also most definitely be going with a different brand.

The item never arrived after I returned the first one because it wouldn't charge. They kept me waiting for a month for the replacement, and it never arrived. I ended up canceling the order.

Scooter broke already. Doesn’t travel to far or as fast. Just not a good scooter for my type of use.

If you want try it, get the insurance. Stopped working 3 months in. Only ridden a few times and now it beeps and gives an error.

Battery goes out fast and have to keep putting it in the charger it doesn’t go the speed it say it’s actually slow more for like kids 6-8

I did not receive my order. There were poor updates and when I was issued a refund, their team cancelled it. Completely scammed out of my money.

It was ok until the wheels started to bend on the scooter

Really good scooter even with max weight capacity it still pushes 12-13 mph
