    This is a great product for its price range; 18 mph is something you don't find at this price. But almost every other aspect of this scooter is below average. It's extremely uncomfortable to ride across little cracks in the road. Barely lasts my 5-mile round trip, and just overall feels its price.

    Battery life is ok- not the best. Not impressed with the battery life with the amount of money spend on this item.

    I love this scooter! It does great for what I need. They only downside is how many miles it gets on a charge.

    I love this scooter, battery is a little bad but it works for me. "Speed" mode is not that good, it just reaches until 18 mph and I've had scooter that are the same price and reach up to 28mph.

    I bought this gift for my 9 year old grand son for Christmas and he couldn't stop thanking and hugging grandma when he open his gift. He is out riding his Scooter now.

    On the normal setting, it has maybe a 5 mile range. You have to use eco mode to get close to 12 miles and that mode is incredibly slow.

    If the area you are riding is flat it will be fine. But I cannot recommend this product. I bought it thinking it would be great based on the reviews and specs but it wont even get up a hill that is not steep much less the steep hills in my neighborhood.

    Over all is good in build but the tires do not provide a lot of traction for griping the pavement which makes for easier swerving an falling
