Great system, but did not have 4K. Had to buy an extra DVD player for 4K dvds. If it had that included would have give 5 stars.

I used to have a Sony and it would always freeze and have to restart. Never had that issue with this, very pleased

The hardware is satisfactory but the smart (not) technology in just a bunch of cludged together BS. The cd ripping is rediculous and is not even smart enough to identify the inserted cd and create the necessary directory structure. It isn't capable of finding the album name and song names from the internet like any normal music management software does, not to mention the album cover picture. In fact I'm so disappointed it makes me want to gather all my Samsung tech and throw it out the door. I was so excited about getting this 3D blueray system to go with my 55" Samsung 3D TV but after buying a 3TB usb hard drive to store all my music files and family pictures, I had to create the entire directory structure on my laptop and even ripping over 200 CD's which the theater system was grossly incompetent for, the system is so amateur as to be practically unusable for anything other than DVD playback. I'm extremely disappointed and will have second thoughts in the future about buying anything Samsung.

It is a nice product. Worth to give a try once....

I really love the sound and bass response of this blu-ray player/home theater system. I'm not a big fan of 3D but I at least have the capability if I should ever want to watch a 3D blu-ray.

This is very hard to figure out how to use and does not even work well

Of all the 3 Samsung home theater systems available at BB this was the most expensive. I expected little bit better quality sound but terribly disappointed with the sound quality. The connections to the speakers are meant to be simple but it doesn't work that way. You have to keep trying different positions before you can hear sound from the speakers. My biggest disappointment was the sounds coming from all the speakers to be same. With my old HT system from Panasonics which is more than 10 years old, when I watch football games, the sounds coming from different speakers were different giving you a feel as though you are in the stadium. With this one, I can hardly notice any difference other than the sound volume goes up and down

It was hard to set up but once it's set up, love it.

I got a $200 discount because an employees placed the wrong price tag. The wireless rear speakers are great!

The system was a refurbished one. It was a good purchase for the price but can't customise the favorite apps and I would like to be able to sync to my phone just for a keyboard.

I would recommend this product to anyone especially at the price .

This was very easy to set up and install. Sound is great for the money.

I was looking for a home thearte system and searched this samsung

But Wireless portions of speakers only work when they want to.
