    3 stars only because I had to return it, after the update, the tv won’t back on. Was unable to get a replacement.

    Do not buy this product. At least from best buy. It started hang after 20 days of purchase. I called best buy they said my warranty period of 15 days gone. and i did not have additional warranty. when you do not buy warranty best buy send you a crap.

    Cuts out at low volume points

    At low volume points of a move or tv show ot shuts down for a second, thinking there will be a firmware upgrade in the near future that resolves it.

    I purchased 2 televisions one didn't have a remote and the other one had a broken screen upon taking it out of the box. I tried to explain to the staff but they said I waited longer than 2 days to return the item. I argued that I didn't open until father's day as it was a father's day gift and I'd just purchased it the Sunday prior with receipt in hand. It didn't go well at all no discount no empathy no sympathy.

    I purchased a 65 inch Vizio tv online. When I got the tv I opened my box and plugged the tv up and it was broke. This tv was 498 after taxes and no could help me everyone was being rude When I took it back the next day. I work hard everyday I’m a essential worker I work at CHKD CHILDREN OF THE KINGS DAUGHTERS HOSPITAL.. 12 hours shifts and I also have a 2 second job talking care the elderly. I help people everyday with there daily activities and for this to happen to me was the worst I will never in my life shop at Best Buy WALMART WOULD NEVER DO THIS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

    Navigating this TV is complicated. Can’t download Apps. Won’t even let me get Disney plus. Picture is ok but it’s definitely not what expected. My daughters TCL has all the options and was simple to install and use right away.

      Hi Daisy. We design our products to be simple and intuitive. If you press the Home key in the center of your remote, the TV will display all of the available apps.     The quality isn’t satisfying Plus it takes ages to connect to my iPhone, sometimes I have to switch it on and off more than 10X for it to connect to my phone videos. So much for a smart Tv ...

    The screen/images on this TV is literally like watching a cell phone video from 2006..I am flabbergasted. The display screens that I've seen from VIZIO tvs in stores, have always looked immaculate. I may have some type of defective TV because the quality is SO POOR. I have a low end ONN TV ("58) that was less than half of what I paid for this and it's 10 times better quality.

    Bought this TV, took it home, took out of box and screen is cracked. Took back to Best Buy and manager at store would not take it back. Working with credit card company now to get refunded.

    Unpackaged this and it was broken, I am not sure if that’s a fair rating because I never was about to turn the tv on but for the hassle of returning and having to spent more money in a different tv because they were out of this one it’s getting one star.

    would not set up smart cast

    I had to return two of these TV's. Obviously had a problem with software updates. Would have a blank home screen and could only bring up Netflix from the preset remote button. Vizio dropped the ball on this sale.
