Love our TV!

Great TV for the money

It is still four years later the TV that he has probably only turned off a few times since. This TV has been great and it’s smart. Features have been very helpful.

It’s got it’s issues but it’s not too bad

Good screen, lightweight - SmartCast is HORRIBLE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had Smartcase lock up and the network adapter fail 4 times where the TV was replaced. After a year when the warranty ended it froze again and now I have to use a FireTV Stick to access smart content - Vizio claimed there was not an issue with SmartCast till I contacted a third department that admitted it was software problem on multiple models - in otherwords this is a great monitor but don't but for the smart capabilties.

worst TV brand ever!

Set it up, got the worst picture quality. called geek squad and tried to troubleshoot on the phone, same story. As of march 2020 i sent an email still complaining of the picture quality. i complained of the picture of our less than 6 month old TV. A few days later, the voice mutes for a few seconds at different intervals which we initially thought was censored based on language. But it happened even on programs like the news that requires no censoring. As of this evening (may 28th) of sending this email/review, the voice on the TV has completed gone mute. I'm of the opinion that we were sold a refurbished TV and will need it changed. We have been using a samsung TV for the past 3 years which we only had a one year manufacturer's warranty on, and have never had any issues with it. I got a 5 year warranty on this vizio and now we don't have a TV to watch except moving mouths

Posted .Hi Jaawhy, At Vizio we pride ourselves on our highly rated picture quality. Please make sure using hdmi cable and device setting set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. Have you tried another source to the TV for the no audio issue?
