This is my 7th Vizio purchases over the last 8 years. Every tv in our house is Vizio and this is the BEST one yet! The free streaming services offered on it are a great plus! We plan on purchasing another 1, or 2, soon to upgrade some more TVs in our home.

Super easy to set up and understand. We use it for a lot of gaming and have zero complaints. I appreciate the ability to adjust both backlight and brightness and we were able to use smart cast with no effort or set-up and the rest of the controls are just as intuitive.

Smooth transaction with curb side.The produce had a cracked screen. The manager had another TV picked up at another Best buy and brought it to her store so I could pick it up here. Great quality on the Vizio. I will continue to buy from Best Buy

This is the worst tv I've ever owned. It randomly shuts off, doesn't stay connected to the internet, and the screen flickers. I will never purchase another Vizio smart tv again.

The agents mounted and connected my TV to my devices, as well as explained how to use the features. We love the TV and it meets our expectations. We purchased from Best Buy so we would could specifically use the Geek Squad service.

Picture was pretty good, especially for the price, but seemed glitchy and very slow at times. There were several times I had to unplug the tv just to get it to turn on. Spend your money else where.

most of the time when you go on youtube or netflix you have to switch the sound on and off and back to on so it can sound better idk why and i think the tv is a little slow.

If you get a working one with no issues then the price is good for the size. Very cheap for a 65in. Picture quality is pretty average, but on par for other VIZIO products we've owned. Blacks are a little more washed out than you'll find on better models/brands. This one replaced a 55in 4k from a few years ago that burnt out. Stars are docked because of the issues we've had since day one. 1st TV received had the picture go out within 5 days. Trouble shooting did not work, so we exchanged through best buy. Luckily we were still within the 14 day window. The second one we received has lots of intermittent issues (likely due to VIZIO firmware). TV will randomly shut off. The Dolby Digital HDMI Slot (the best one of course) just does not play nice with my Apple TV. We do not use VIZIO's integrated streaming apps, so I can't speak to their quality/responsiveness.

Works great with my Alexa and is compatible with other apps as well. The smart TV actually immediately provides a bunch of apps that let you watch movies and TV for free that you won't find on the Amazon TV (if you have one)

Under some very strange circumstances (China Flu) your folks delivered great professional level service. Hope for my next purchase I can come to the store and peruse everything. Thanks for a truly great purchase.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this TV. Everyone that comes over loves this TV as well.

The TV came at a great price. We have had a few issues with the picture, but that is always resolved with a powercycle. Picture is good.

Bought a Vizio 37” LCD in 2008 and it’s still working well. In the meantime, have worn out a Samsung 50” plasma and an LG 55” LCD, each lasting a few years. So far, this new Vizio is great.

Work great but needs fast internet service to really have access to all of its features.

I don't like when I press the home button on the remote and the apps don't appear on the screen when I turn on the television...

This is the best tv I’ve ever owe yet we can’t pay $1,000’s for a good tv. It connects to ur iPhone with air play with ease and Netflix is as easy as pushing the button on the remote!

I love this TV I'm so mad rite now i have to do a swap.out because i saw red dots in the tv. Thank God that i got the warranty I've only had it almost a month exactly

Want to go cheap, go with this if just looking for a normal 4K tv

Works great, apps are a huge plus. I put it in our office area for meetings so the price was the real winner.

We grabbed a floor model with the 3 year warranty and it was around $300. Fits our wall nice, has a smart tv interface. Couldn’t be happier
