Great product

Every tv in our house is Vizio and this is the BEST one yet! The free streaming services offered on it are a great plus! We plan on purchasing another 1, or 2, soon to upgrade some more TVs in our home.

Solid purchase

I appreciate the ability to adjust both backlight and brightness and we were able to use smart cast with no effort or set-up and the rest of the controls are just as intuitive.

The manager had another TV picked up at another Best buy and brought it to her store so I could pick it up here. Great quality on the Vizio. I will continue to buy from Best Buy

Horrible tv

It randomly shuts off, doesn't stay connected to the internet, and the screen flickers. I will never purchase another Vizio smart tv again.

We love the TV and it meets our expectations. We purchased from Best Buy so we would could specifically use the Geek Squad service.

There were several times I had to unplug the tv just to get it to turn on. Spend your money else where.

sound is not the great

Cheap for a reason

Very cheap for a 65in. Picture quality is pretty average, but on par for other VIZIO products we've owned. Blacks are a little more washed out than you'll find on better models/brands. This one replaced a 55in 4k from a few years ago that burnt out. Stars are docked because of the issues we've had since day one. 1st TV received had the picture go out within 5 days. Trouble shooting did not work, so we exchanged through best buy. Luckily we were still within the 14 day window. The second one we received has lots of intermittent issues (likely due to VIZIO firmware). TV will randomly shut off. The Dolby Digital HDMI Slot (the best one of course) just does not play nice with my Apple TV. We do not use VIZIO's integrated streaming apps, so I can't speak to their quality/responsiveness.

The smart TV actually immediately provides a bunch of apps that let you watch movies and TV for free that you won't find on the Amazon TV (if you have one)

Returned to Vizio after trying Samsung and LG

In the meantime, have worn out a Samsung 50” plasma and an LG 55” LCD, each lasting a few years. So far, this new Vizio is great.

It connects to ur iPhone with air play with ease and Netflix is as easy as pushing the button on the remote!
