less expensive and easy to get at the store than the higher cost ones that you need to order online. great to use until that one arrives

This is a necessity for camera owners as it keeps your camera lens from getting scratched.

The lens cover is great. I feel secure knowing that my expensive lens is protected. This was a replacement for another one (different brand) that shattered and saved my camera lens.

I forgot I put it on my lense. Its wonderfull for bright sunny days.. makes the colors less brighter.. love it

I immediately installed the UV lens and could see quite a difference in my outdoor photography shooting.

For the price these lenses are use full and ok for most applications.

This filter is fine for normal shooting, but if you do low-light work, beware; you will see bad internal reflections on night shots, and will need to remove the filter.

If you are like me and put a UV filter on a new lens the moment it comes out of the box, then this one is for you. easy installation and great performance from day #1.

I purchased this to protect my lens and provide some UV protection. Works great so far, I am considering purchasing a few more just to keep as spares.

Very easy to use with the Canon lenses. I have been very pleases with the Canon EOS 60D camera and all accessories.

While my lovely wife loves to take the pix, I enjoy the technical that makes those beautiful pictures possible. I grabbed these filters while purchasing a D7000 and an 'old school' 70-300 for her. After then doing my 'due diligence', I returned them. When you spend a lot money on sophisticated optics and electronics why cheap out on mediocre glass? No insult to BB, but they should also offer some top-tier filters like Hoya, or B+W for those that know the difference. Cheaper filters are also more prone to flare and vignetting. Take some simple low light pix of a piece of black electrical tape on a sheet of bright white paper without and with different brands of the same type of filter. You will see a difference. Coatings do matter. BTW, DSLR's do not need UV filters.

so far i have no problem with this product. its kind of generic brand but it does well the way it should be.

this lens helps me take better pictures. It is great - now I am going to buy one for my grandson's camera.

Since we've got this cover, we feel much more comfortable to handle the camera. Must have item.
