Kinda disappointed with that part, we live 30 mins away from our best buy and its huge so hard to go exchange plus that store was sold out!! Kind of a bummer

Your television came with a manufacturers warranty and we'd be happy to troubleshoot this over the phone. If we cannot get this resolved we would gladly send a tech out so you don't have to drive back to the store.
