Keeps on losing sound, power chord keeps on fallin

Have to turn it off then on again to have the sound back. The power chord keeps on falling off the connection at the slightest movement and I have to pull the plug off from the power source to get the sound back and if it's mounted on the wall, it is a hassle to plug it back in. If it wasn't a hassle to take it off the wall and box it and If I had a big enough vehicle to bring it back to bestbuy I would probably get a different brand.

Good picture but NO Roku

Our SmartCast platform has a variety of pre-installed applications, Watchfree (a no cost service that offers hundred of free channels), built-in Google Chromecast technology, has been updated to support voice control (from Apple HomeKit, Google Home, and Amazon Alexa), and now has Apple AirPlay 2 technology. We'll continue to update the platform with new features and enhancements, and would welcome any feedback you have to improve it.

Worst TV Ever

All other TVs in the house have no issues connecting. One of the HDMI ports never worked out of the box. The remote control is junk. This is my last Vizio purchase.

Unfortunately as soon as we hooked it up it was lackluster, and picture quality leaves much to be desired. It doesn’t compare to our previous tv which was just 1 year old but fell off the swivel wall mount. We did the best to read reviews during quarantine and pick a good tv, but we called to return it the very next day. We aren’t able to return it until the store reopens. We will be returning the model as soon as we are able to do so. Skip this model!

To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the ‘Calibrated’ setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’. The TV already comes with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty —however when you purchase the protection plan you are not told that the protection plan runs concurrently with the manufacture warranty. The TV has major pixel issues- no help provided

Be careful with 70 inch TvS!

They are mass produced for the holidays and are cheaply made. I had 3 bad 70 inch TvS that I had to keep returning to the store. I learned the hard way. Stick with a 65 or 75. 70 is a horrible choice! I hope this helps someone so they don't have to go through what I did.

DOES NOT WORK WITH 4K FIRE TV

I have talked to Vizio, Amazon and Best Buy and no one can figure out what is going on. Initially, Vizio blamed the Fire stick but as of today (1/8/20) they are aware that there is a communication issue between the two. They offer no support to fix it and told me to wait until an update.

DO NOT BUY

There is so much of a delay in the speech. The color is not vibrant, mostly grays. I had Geek Squad out to verify I had everything hooked up correctly and it was a TV issue that they could not fix.
