It did not come with a remote (was not expecting one) came wrapped in bubble wrap(no original packaging) and has a blue line on the left side of the tv running top to bottom and 12 inches in from the side. Is was listed as great condition no issues. Well let me tell you. The day I got it home, it took 3 hours to setup and after 5 factory tests we were finally able to get the tv working. No apps worked and the casting function did not work. After about a week the apps started working and vizio customer support said it was a software issue with the app providers.. I call bs because I had purchased a brand new one 2 days prior and it worked just fine. As for bestbuys listing as "great condition" they need to re-evaluate the meaning of the word "great. All in all though for the price I paid, I could not be happier. It's a solid tv mounted on a rocket fish full swivel wall mount with 2 in snap bolts. It suits its purpose perfectly. If I ever have to buy another tv (who am I kidding) I will definitely buy the same tv just brand new. This way I have nothing to complain about.
