I was under the year warranty and they wouldn’t cover the issue. I had not had the tv for more than 5 months. I am just now getting to giving feedback. Cheap, yes and you get what you paid for it. Come on 5 months smh will switch to another brand going forward. Issue resolved

The picture is quite flat and lifeless but, most of all, the sound is absolutely horrible. I took it off the wall after trying to get used to it for a day, but it's boxed up and waiting for returns to continue so I can bring it back. 70" TVs don't offer many good choices. There are better options, but for significantly better televisions, get a 65" or 75".

To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and that you’re getting an HD ( or UHD) signal. You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the ‘Calibrated’ setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’. Terrible TV

From day 1 the blacks in the background were all bitmaps and choppy. The screen had white blotches in the background and sometimes would show through your show. Returned this and bought a Samsung. Best thing I ever did. I will never buy a Vizio product again as I have had problems in the past
