No refund, No Xchange, No resell value.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought card for homeless man's phone, turns out it won't work with verizon pre-paid, verizon said refund from best buy, best buy said no refund, so I went to online card exchange store, said that the ecard number had to be 11-13 numbers, this only has 9 numbers, So I'm stuck with a card no one can use.

BOGUS VERIZON REFILL CARD

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A VERIZON REFILL CARD FROM ANYONE BUT VERIZON. BEST BUY STILL HAS NOT REFUNDED MY $40 OR GAVE ME ANOTHER REFILL CARD. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
