With all due respect what I hate about visiting your stores is your associates won't leave me alone. I'm freaking sick and tired of a dozen of your people asking me if I need help......all within 30 seconds of each other. Your sales people cannot read customer body language....all they have to do is observe their peers being told "NO" and then understand I don't need asking multiple times. Perhaps you can give a sticker to wear that says no upon entering the store. It's the one pet peeve....if I need help I'll ask.

Zipper broke

Solid CD/DVD/Game holder

The only thing that I didn't really like is that it holds 8 cd's on the inside of the front cover, instead of having two more "pages". It could be nice if there are a few CD's that you want to access quickly, but they are also more difficult to remove than from one of the "page" style sleeves.
