Amp is OK - Speakers Suck

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I installed this over the weekend and looked forward to the theater sound, but when I played a movie, the audio was shallow and lacked any audio quality. I immediately uninstalled the speakers and re-installed my old JVC speakers. The amp makes my old JVCs sound better than before, so it's not a total loss. Maybe I can unload the Yamaha speakers on Craigslist. It's a shame I had to pay $400 for speakers I'm basically throwing away. I won't buy this brand again.
