Nice all in one package, but it is not really expandable like a higher end receiver would be. Works well and meets my needs as a basic home theatre system.

Overall I am happy with the system. The price worried me a bit because it was not very expensive but it works great.

Setting up this speaker system was quick and easy. The sound quality is great for the price and it has a great range of functionality.

Chose this instead of a sound bar so it could be upgraded a piece or two at a time.

Very nice home theater speaker set. Sometimes the bass seems to funky at high volume. But overall a very good purchase.

so i bought this on the cheap. I had to ditch the speakers / sub right away. I re-deployed some 17 year JBL speakers i had in the closet plus and old Polk sub that seems to never want to die. The receiver is working greate w/o issue. Although it does not support the encryption for piracy protection from the new panasonic Blu-ray player i purchased.

Sounds good for the price but not the high end quality you get with higher priced Yamaha receivers. No air play too.

A gift for my uncle and he isn't used to having surround sound, so he is very pleased and especially for the price.

Sound is unbelievable to watch movies and sports. Can't beat the quality for the price.

I’ve had the product for about 3 weeks. I had video quality problems from the beginning. It would quit getting a signal from an input or get a bad picture. I thought is was a cable issue so I changed the cable from the source to the receiver. That didn’t work so I bought a new monster cable to run from the receiver to the TV. I am still having video problems so I plan to return receiver.

I was new to doing a surround sound. Got it figured out easily and wasnt complicated to understand.

This is a great surround sound system, a little pricy, but well worth the money!!

I purchased this home theater system at Best buy. No complain . Love it.

Maybe I`m behind the times at 65 years, but for someone who just wants a home theatre to system to connect to my tv this system is much too complex. It took me three weeks to get it to work correctly with my Sony tv. There should be a better explanation of the purpose of the numerous different audio inputs and so called "scenes".

The Yamaha is an excellent sounding unit for the money I paid.

Depending on room size and placement would recommend more speaker wire
