Not as I expected it to be

Turning on the vivid function doesn’t help at all. Probably I haven’t tweaked it enough yet. And one more thing, I need to turn of the lights or darken the room to appreciate the picture quality.

LOVE THE TV

The only thing that I have an issue with is during really dark scenes you really cant see much. I am not a TV expert though so I'm not sure if that's just the way it is. Overall for the price it is a good buy.

Rebooting and Volume Issues

Then it started turning off and on by itself. Tried to fix it but nothing worked, just got use to it. Then about 2 months ago the volume would go from 20 to 100 without warning. Tried everything - even took it off cable and put on a roku and by itself - volume still did whatever it wanted. Now we need a new tv. Not happy as we spent $1500 for this tv 2 years ago.
