Imho the first movie is the only really good movie. Part B after the first movie is horrible! The rest are eh fair. I only continued to watch them because I never seen them before, but probably will put them on the shelve forever. Having the movies in Blu ray helped.

It's my favorite franchise, but there still aren't proper special editions beyond part 1. Still, it's in HD and looks great.

I usually buy horror movies around Halloween. This year, I purchased this set. While I rememered it scaring me as a kid, I have to admit that the series hasn't aged well. The first is still a classic and well-done. The sequels are very clearly bad-attempts to cash-in on the success of the first. Worth the price, but not much in terms of enjoyment after the first one.

This highly anticipated box set is plain. Discs are combined and the special features are lackluster

Incomplete with questionable video quality for a BR release, and plagued with audio sync issues. I would avoid unless your television has options to correct problems with syncing audio.

This is a good price for this boxset. These movies are great and tbe picture quality is great.

I have waited for this collection for years. Thank you from a huge Nightmare fan. This is one of the best horror collections out there now. Buy this you will not be disappointed. It has all the Nightmare films except Freddy vs Jason and the Remake of Nightmare. I just wish it featured some artwork from the films and that the pictures were a little more remastered.

The movies appear slightly darker than they should but they are still watchable and enjoyable. All of the movies are included in this set, with the exception of the remake. That makes it a perfect set! I just wish that some of the movies were on separate disks instead of 2&3 on 1 disk and 4&5 on another. But they all look great.

If you're a Freddy fan, then this is the collection for you. Not every film in the series is a classic like the original, but they're all a fun ride and you can't ever call Freddy Krueger boring. This set also includes 2 episodes of Freddy's Nightmares, which is an underrated series. With 7 films and bonus features, it's not a bad deal for the price.

Excellent Bluray release. This contains all Nightmare On Elm Street films in very good picture quality with the exception of the remake. Very good special features in this set like parts of the documentary Never Sleep Again spread across all discs. Overall highly recommend this.

This is a must for any horror movie fan. Although a couple of the movies were not the greatest, they still bring back memories. The transfer is great and I would recommend to any one of my friends. I felt like Best Buy had the best prices for this around Christmas time.

classic horror movies 3 and 4 are the best, Freddy will always be scarier than Jason or Michael, very happy with this purchase

It was great getting this and having all the movies in one pack (besides the remake). Not to mention the HD makes the movies look even better. The only negative to this is that most of the movies share a disc, and that bugs me a little, but nothing I can't overcome. Love these classics.

A great set with all 7 of the original "A Nightmare on Elm Street" films in High Definition. If your a fan like me, go get this set now!

What a great horror series. Some of the installments aren't as good but if your looking for a fun horror saga you can't go wrong.

Freddy is the best. I grew up on Freddy. One of the best movies ever made. I had to own them.I really enjoy all the Nightmare on Elm Street movies.

I love these bluerays. I had these movies on DVD but there is such a huge difference visually and It even sound better. If you are a Nightmare on Elm Street, these are diffinetly the way to go!

This is a must have for Freddy fans! I do think they could of made a better box set, but it's great that there is at least one.
